However, he has completely flipped his life and is not that way anymore. Jelly Roll is a successful artist that fans love and have respect for. Lately, he has been on a weight loss journey. He ended up dropping over 200 pounds.
He Admits To Struggling With Weight, ‘Lost’ His Way
Jelly Roll has admitted that he has been struggling with his weight recently. He ‘lost’ his way also.
“We hit the goal and it was right before the holidays, so I was like, ‘You know what man, I’ve been working hard for the last three years losing this weight, I’m going to enjoy the holidays.’ I had a big Thanksgiving meal, I had a big birthday meal, I ate a big Christmas meal. Kinda got off the rails and I broke my collarbone … a few days before Christmas. I have, to some degree, lost my way.”
He stepped back on the scale and realized he had gained 12 pounds. This was not so much that it would be hard to lose again. However, he did not want to gain weight so he was a little disappointed. Regardless, he has still come a long way, and fans are proud of the progress he has made.

However, he is planning on running the New York City marathon in November. So, he is going to have to start preparing for that soon, and that will help him shed the pounds he gained.
