Right now, all eyes are onReal Housewives of New Jersey star, Milania Giudice, following her May arrest for assault. However, her arrest has brought up some interesting stories about one of her sisters. Now, Gia Giudice is in the hot seat after her troubles with the law have been disclosed. RHONJ Gia Giudice’s Past Revealed
While everyone is focusing on RHONJ star Milania Giudice and her shocking arrest last month, some new stories have come to light. Apparently, her sister, Gia, is just as much of a troublemaker – but just in a different way. She’s been in legal trouble 7 times prior to her sister’s arrest, which is incredibly disheartening.However, all of these incidents seem to have one thing in common.
Gia, 25, first got in trouble in 2019. Her initial charge was in May for ‘delaying traffic,’ followed by another charge in August of that same year. The second charge was for speeding. She got off the hook for both of these by pleading guilty and paying a fine.
However, it doesn’t end there. It would appear that Gia had some troubles when it came to traffic laws. In 2020, she was once again charged with speeding in June and then in August was charged with ‘obstruction of windshield for vision.’ In October, she didn’t have her driver’s insurance card. Once again, she had to pay fines and plead guilty to get out of all three of these charges.
In September of 2021, Gia was once again caught speeding. This time, the case was dismissed.
She had a long break with no trouble; however, that ended in 2024. In 2024, she pleaded guilty and paid a fine for obstruction of windshield for vision.
Milania’s Arrest Story
While there are still not too many details regarding Milania Giudice’s arrest, her story is a little different than her sister’s troubles with following road laws. Milania was arrested this past May in New Jersey. The University of Tampa student was charged with ‘simple assault and purposely/ knowingly causing a bodily injury.’
While there’s no concrete evidence of what happened yet, it has been reported that it might have been one of her sisters who had to eventually call the cops on her.
“There was an explosive fight in the house where things escalated,” the source reports. “There was so much going on that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the cops on her. It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was going at multiple people,”
