It is wild to think that a band like Turnstile would have skyrocketed into the mainstream the way they have with “Glow On”. They’ve played late night television shows, and are now proclaimed to be Demi Levato’s favorite band. Turnstile bring to the stage what hardcore is all about, community. They make every person in a crowd feel like they’re a part of something bigger than themselves. This was no exception at their Philadelphia show at The Fillmore. With bands, Truth Cult, Ekulu, Ceremony and Citizen opening, the show was electric with energy. Check out Julia’s coverage of the show:
