Batio is an absolute beast of a guitarist, possibly one of the best metal guitarists in history, and I have been to one of his guitar clinics many years ago, he is not at all like the other arrogant “virtuosos”, I really expected Malmsteen levels of ego and he totally surprised me, quite humble and empathetic and made some good points about making your own style (demonstrating this while playing Gary Moore – The End of the World). This announcement has definitely stoked my interest in the Manowar concerts in the near future.
