Pre-order does not guarantee delivery. Also, unless they were quietly dropped by Nuclear Blast, the biggest label in Metal does not use Indiegogo as a platform. If they did not agree agree on a non-exclusive distribution (which I highly doubt they have), this could be grounds for a lawsuit. So the year is far from over my friend. I’ll be excited when they release a full single, for something that was supposed to come out in 2006.

I think NB will sell their physical products (CD, Vinyl) while he ll do this “preorder” thing with digital delivery. If i was NB i would try to recover as much money as I could, and then ditch them for good.
Also, from forums and groups my understanding is that many people will just torrent this, just out pf principal. Do not expect the crazy numbers we saw in the first crowdfunding. People are tired by this garbage called Jari.

Good music and complex music are two different things. Music can be dead simple and super good at the same time.
Also being able to do great arrangements on a good riff is usually better than forcing 100 riffs into one song for the sake of it. Using skills to serve the music rather using music to show your skills.

And I agree with you. The way of the fire, is just not that good of a song. The melody is nothing special, actually reminds me of a few melodies in the Iron album of Ensiferum.
