Tamar Braxton and her mother, Evelyn “Ms. E” Braxton, have announced their new cooking show, Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E.
The mother-daughter duo’s culinary show premieres Wednesday, March 26, at 9 p.m. ET on CLEO TV.
Per the logline, “From the soulful recipes to the heartfelt conversations, Tamar and Ms. E keep it real–and fun by creating an experience that feels like an intimate, family gathering! They’re opening the doors to their Braxton family kitchen to celebrate life, laughs, and inspire fans with stories and flavors that honor their culture, family, and resilience.”
Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E. is produced by Powerhouse Productions, with Rochelle Brown and Sonia Armstead as executive producers, and Kenneth Colbert as senior producer. Tamar Braxton is also an executive producer (for Tamar Braxton Productions), along with Evelyn Braxton.
Cooking Sessions was first teased in October 2023 as part of TV One’s, the parent company of CLEO TV, virtual Upfront presentation.
Tamar and Ms. E are no strangers to TV. Most recently, in summer 2024, their reality series The Braxtons premiered on We TV. The eight-episode series reunited the family on screen three years after their iconic show, Braxton Family Values, ended its seven-season run.
In music news, Tamar recently joined forces with Eric Benét for “Something We Can Make Love To,” which was the lead single from his Duets EP.
The Laney Stewart-produced song reached No. 1 on Billboard‘s Adult R&B Airplay chart in November 2024, earning Braxton her second chart-topper.
Braxton is reportedly working on a new album with producer Tricky Stewart, Laney’s brother, who executive produced her first album, Tamar.
