From under the Texan skies comes singer-songwriter Jeremy Gravely with his new single and music video, ‘Where I Got My Fire’.
Gravely’s passion for music and his respect for his upbringing in a small town compels him to create music that’s overflowing with authenticity that stirs up the listener’s very soul. He started playing and singing in local Christian bands a few years back, an experience which deepened Jeremy’s connection to music. Jeremy infuses his life experiences and unique perspective on life into his music, giving it a sound that is effortlessly compelling. Latest single, ‘Where I Got My Fire’, is Gravely’s tribute to his grandfather, who was the most significant role model in his life growing up. As the first acoustic guitar chord strikes, the listener is overwhelmed by a palpable sense of vulnerability and rawness, while the lyricism and melody transcend the stripped back nature of the song. Listeners are taken along on the journey as Gravely reflects on the relationship that he shared with his grandfather, one that was as special as it was supportive and loving.
