Serene Russell Reveals Moment She Met Brendan Morais
Bachelor alums Serene Russell and Brendan Morais are the newest couple in Bachelor Nation to be in love. They went public with their relationship last month and fans went nuts. There was a ton of speculation that they were together, but nothing was confirmed for quite some time. Now that it’s out in the open, she’s sharing even more, including how they met.
Serene went to TikTok to share a video from an event she attended in October of last year. The video showed her at the event along with Susie Evans. It also shows Brendan there with other Bachelor alums.
Across the video, she says, “You’re telling me that if I didn’t fly to LA for one night to go to an Us Weekly event (I never do that), I wouldn’t have met him???”
It sounds like it was fate for these two to meet. Everyone on social media has been doing their butterfly effect stories and Serene got in on the action. Now, fans finally know how and where these lovebirds met.
In previous posts, it sounded at times as though perhaps these two were moving in together. However, Serene clarified on her Instagram stories that she lives in Oklahoma City while Brendan lives in Los Angeles. So far, they have not made plans to live together.

Their Time On The Bachelor Franchise
As for Serene Russell, she first appeared on The Bachelor during Season 26. She then went on to try to find love once again on Bachelor in Paradise. She did and she got engaged to Brandon Jones on the finale. They seemed to be very serious and even moved in together.
However, their relationship took an ugly turn when he was caught cheating. They broke up and she seemed to remain off the radar for quite some time.
As for Brendan Morais, he first made an appearance during Season 16 of The Bachelorette. When things didn’t work out for him there, he also chose to join Bachelor in Paradise. However, his time there was heavily criticized.
Many believed that he and Pieper James came to Paradise already seeing each other. Plus they were convinced they were clout chasing. Fans also felt he led some of the ladies on while waiting for Pieper to step onto the beach.
Things didn’t end well for them and both ended up going home together. At the time, they took a lot of heat from Bachelor Nation and lost tons of followers. They continued to date on and off for quite some time.
Now, he and Serene have found each other and they both look incredibly happy.
