A throwback picture of Scott Weiland from his childhood has been revealed. The picture was taken when Scott was sitting on Santa’s lap back in 1973. The picture also featured his mother, Sharon.
Scott Weiland’s widow, Jamie took to her Instagram account and posted the picture with the caption:
“I love this clipping so much, sent to me by my wonderful in-laws, Scott’s parents. Young #scottweiland sitting on Santa’s lap in Chagrin Falls, OH in December of 1973, with his beautiful mother, Sharon, looking over Santa’s shoulder. I wonder what he wished for, on that day so long ago. #christmas #love #joy #memories #chagrinfalls #ohio 🎄❤️”
Meanwhile, Scott Weiland’s son, Noah, is also among those who have chosen a career in music, but his sister, Lucy, did not follow her father’s steps into rock, and the model discussed music, her brother, the meaning of Christmas, and honoring her father with Loudwire.
Scott Weiland’s holiday album, ‘The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year,’ is now remastered with a brand new edition and Lucy, who prefers to stay away from music for the most part, decided to honor her father’s legacy by discussing the reissue.
“Definitely about something bigger,” told the model as she discussed her purpose for participating in this chat. “I am not in the musical scene whatsoever. I mean, I mostly just sing in my car, all by myself; but yes, Noah is definitely following in my dad’s footsteps, and I’m very proud of him for what he’s doing.”
She continued honoring her brother’s musical career as she confessed that Noah didn’t want to be shadowed by their late father’s image. Lucy said, “He’s great with everything, but he definitely doesn’t want to be put in a box and be Scott Weiland’s son. He wants to be his own person.”
