OBBA is back with a brand-new single, “Trapped”. The track, produced by Perry
Leenhouts at Point Break Sound San Diego, delivers an emotional and captivating
mix of alternative pop, rock and electronic sounds. It follows OBBA’s previous two
singles, “Last Leaf” and “Kiss Me Black”, and is again set to be appreciated by both
fans of the alternative and electronic music scenes.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the song, OBBA shares:
“This song is deeply personal to me. It’s about being stuck and searching for a way
out, that’s something I think we all can relate to at some point in life.
“Trapped” brings a nice fusion of electronic, pop, and alternative rock elements. It
balances catchy hooks with thought-provoking, touching on complex emotions. Perry
Leenhouts continues to blend his passion for underground music with his skills to
create compelling and innovative soundscapes. “Working with Perry was amazing
because he really understood the vision behind the song. I love the way he turns that
