However, his recent red carpet appearance certainly sparked confusion. While promoting his latest film, Sinners, in New York City, on April 3, Jordan pulled off a clever stunt. He appeared in two different outfits to represent the identical twin characters he plays in the movie.

The outfit change allowed him to pose separately as both of his characters. First, he arrived in a sharp navy and black suit paired with silver grills. Later, he returned in a brown leather outfit with black sunglasses. Jordan even did a double interview. 

The premiere was packed with cast and guests, including Hailee Steinfeld, Miles Caton, Jack O’Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Delroy Lindo, and more. Danielle Brooks, Les Twins, Loren Lott, Benny Boom, and Jordan’s family were also there to show support.

In Sinners, Jordan plays two siblings returning to their hometown to leave behind their troubled pasts. However, they soon discover a darker threat waiting for them. The film hits theaters and IMAX on April 18.

Jordan has previously talked about the challenges of playing the role of twins. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, he said, “I did every scene like four times, five times, so I think the balance between going back and forth was difficult at times, but you find a rhythm, and after a while, it was second nature. I had a lot of fun.”
