In an Instagram post, Joe Han had revealed that the music video was shot a few nights following their show in Seoul last September 28th. With him a new co-lead vocalist Emily Armstrong staying in town to do so.
In an Instagram post, Hahn said: “A couple of nights after our show in #Seoul Korea, @emilyarmstrong and I stayed in town to shoot our next music video for #OverEachOther.
“It has been a dream of mine to direct a project in Korea one day and this happened! We embraced the K-ness of it all and made it feel like a K-drama. Like always, Emily crushed the performance. I’m looking forward to sharing this with you all next Thursday. Thank you to the cast, @kongseongha, the crew and the rest of the boys from @linkinpark.”
The band’s new album From Zero is arriving on November 15th, and the new track has been released after ‘The Emptiness Machine’, and ‘Heavy is the Crown’. The band is set to continue their world tour in support of From Zero this November, including three new shows happening in Paris, Dallas and Sao Paulo.
Linkin Park made their comeback in September with a new lineup. They previously had been on hiatus since the tragic death of frontman Chester Bennington, who took his own life aged 41 in 2017. However, they have ended their self-imposed break with Dead Sara singer Emily Armstrong on vocals and Colin Brittain on drums in place of Rob Bourdon.
