Philadelphia-based band Commitment have released their new single, “Hellraiser,” via Get Better Records. On the track, the punk supergroup — composed of members from Soul Glo, Eye Flys, and Le Siren — have grown tired of intolerance and people who abuse power, and asks for them to take accountability for their actions.
“It’s a lot of me being disillusioned and disappointed by the traps we all fall into and my own self-righteousness and selfishness and greed and violence while trying to also believe in humanity and that there is something better in the future if we can all ‘fight against the system,’” vocalist Tati Salazar says.

To coincide with the release, Commitment announced their recent signing to Get Better Records, a queer and trans-owned label that aims to uplift marginalized artists and use music and community as forms of resistance.
The video for the track was filmed during a live performance of “Hellraiser,” juxtaposed with shots of the band while on the road. Today, Commitment begin their second tour with Stress Positions. Check out their tour dates and watch the video for “Hellraiser” below.
